- Replace Teflon seal.
- Lubricate any necessary parts.
- Reassemble the pipette.
- Make any necessary adjustments.
- Clean exterior of the pipette.
- Clean ejector.
- Calibrate pipette to manufacturers’ specs.
- Place calibration sticker on every pipette.
- One year warranty.
- 24-72 hr. turn around time.

Pipette inspected, thoroughly cleaned, Gilson pipettes are cleaned using an ultra-sonic method, seal/o-ring replaced or lubricated, repairs performed and calibrated. Leak proof test performed. (Major parts are extra)
Smudge proof label affixed to the pipette, and Work Order Report generated with PASS/ FAIL Calibration Status.
$28 single channel
Includes the Basic Level of cleaning, repair, calibration, and includes Calibration Certificate of 4 samples at low, high.

Basic Level of Service performed and includes ISO 17025 Calibration Certificate: “As Left” 4samples at low, high. Calculations of %CV, % Accuracy and Mean is Auto-calculated.
Accounting for the uncertainty will be taken to mean that at a 95% confidence level the measurement result plus and minus the expanded uncertainty (k=2) shall be totally within the specification limits
Customized readings & specification limits are available at client’s requests also available for this option.
